Me Ouafa Younes
Becoming a lawyer was my childhood dream. During my college studies, I made it my goal.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Legal Science from Faculté des sciences juridiques, politiques et sociales de l’Université de Carthage (2009), in Tunisia and then a master’s degree in North American Common Law (2011). In order to obtain said master’s degree, I was a visiting researcher at Osgoode Hall Law School, at York University in Toronto.
My academic and professional career, in Quebec, started in 2012 when I began equivalency courses in law at Université de Montréal, in addition to various jobs as a paralegal, as well as volunteer work as a mediator.
Attentive and dedicated, I accompany my clients in the management of their conflicts, while offering them objectivity and availability. I also defend their interests with tenacity and determination.
At Alain Mongeau Avocats, I continue to develop skills focused on rigor and the irreproachable quality of work. This enables me to meet the needs of my clients as well as their expectations.
